هل يحتاج كاشِف إلى اتصال إنترنت دائم؟ Does Kashef need a constant internet connection?
لا. يواصل الجهاز القياس وتخزين البيانات بمفرده أثناء انقطاع الإنترنت، ويرفعها كلّها فور عودة الاتصال. أنت بحاجة إلى الإنترنت فقط حين تفتح التطبيق لرؤية القراءات المباشرة. No. The device keeps measuring and storing data on its own during internet outages, and uploads everything once the connection is back. You only need the internet when you want to open the app and see live readings.
ماذا يحدث عند انقطاع الكهرباء؟ What happens when the power goes out?
يسجّل كاشِف وقت كلّ انقطاع ومدّته، ويعرضه في التطبيق. وحين تعود الكهرباء — من الشبكة، أو من مولّد، أو من الطاقة الشمسية — يستأنف القياس فوراً. Kashef records the time and length of every outage and shows them in the app. When power comes back — from the grid, a generator, or solar — it starts measuring again right away.
كم مدة الضمان؟ How long is the warranty?
سنة كاملة على جهازَي البيت والمحلّ، وسنتان على الجهاز الصناعي. يشمل الضمان عيوب التصنيع والاستبدال داخل سوريا. One full year on the home and shop devices, and two years on the industrial device. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and replacement inside Syria.
من يركّب الجهاز؟ Who installs the device?
يركّبه لك كهربائي مدرَّب من فريقنا. ويمكنك أيضاً الاستعانة بكهربائي تختاره أنت إذا فضّلت ذلك. يستغرق التركيب نحو ٣٠ دقيقة للبيت أو المحلّ، ويمكنك تحديد موعده عبر واتساب. A trained electrician from our team installs it for you. You can also use your own electrician if you prefer. Installation takes about 30 minutes for a home or shop, and you can schedule it over WhatsApp.
هل يغيّر كاشِف شيئاً في عدّاد الكهرباء الرسمي أو خدمتي الكهربائية؟ Will Kashef change anything in the official meter or my electricity service?
لا. كاشِف يقرأ التيار المارّ في الكابل الرئيسي فقط. لا يلمس العدّاد الرسمي ولا يغيّر خدمتك ولا يؤثّر على فاتورتك بأيّ شكل. No. Kashef only reads the current flowing through your main cable. It does not touch the official meter, change your service, or affect your bill in any way.
كيف يُحسب السعر بالليرة السورية؟ How is the cost in Syrian Pounds calculated?
يعتمد كاشِف التعرفة الرسمية لوزارة الكهرباء: 600 ل.س/kWh لأوّل 300 kWh من كلّ دورة (٦٠ يوماً)، ثمّ 1,400 ل.س/kWh بعد ذلك. التعرفة التجارية ثابتة 1,400 ل.س/kWh. Kashef uses the official Ministry of Electricity tariff: 600 SYP per kWh for the first 300 kWh of each 60-day cycle, then 1,400 SYP per kWh after that. Commercial users are charged a flat 1,400 SYP per kWh.
كيف أعرف الجهاز المناسب لي — أحادي الطور أم ثلاثي؟ Which device do I need — single-phase or three-phase?
معظم البيوت في سوريا تعمل بنظام أحادي الطور — جهاز Fineco EM115 يناسبها. المحلات الكبيرة والمطاعم والمصانع غالباً ثلاثية الطور، ويناسبها EM4373 أو OWON PC341. إن لم تكن متأكداً، أرسل لنا صورة لوحة الكهرباء على واتساب ونرشدك مجاناً. Most Syrian homes are single-phase — the Fineco EM115 fits them. Larger shops, restaurants, and factories are usually three-phase, where the EM4373 or OWON PC341 are the right pick. Your readings are yours. We store them on our own servers and never sell them. We don't identify individual appliances — only your total consumption for measurement. You can delete your account and data at any time.
هل يمكنني متابعة أكثر من جهاز أو موقع في تطبيق واحد؟ Can I monitor more than one device or property in the same app?
نعم. يمكن ربط حتى 10 أجهزة كاشِف بحساب واحد — مناسب لمن لديه أكثر من بيت أو فرع أو مستودع. كلّ جهاز يظهر باسمه الخاصّ ويمكن متابعته بشكل مستقلّ. Yes. You can link up to 10 Kashef devices to one account — useful if you have multiple homes, shops, or warehouses. Each device shows under its own name and can be tracked independently.
متى يصلني الجهاز بعد الطلب؟ How long after I order until I get my device?
داخل دمشق وحلب: ٢ إلى ٥ أيام عمل. باقي المدن: نرسله مع شركة شحن داخلية موثوقة، وعادةً يصل خلال أسبوع. الدفع يكون عند الاستلام. Inside Damascus and Aleppo: 2 to 5 business days. Other cities: shipped through a trusted local courier and typically arrives within a week. Payment is on delivery.
